Looking for a room to rent, Sebastopol, May 14th to 18th

I'll visit USA for the first time next May. I'll go to a festival in Sebastopol, but hotels are full and so expensive.
I'm looking for a B&B or a room in pension for that period. Do you know anything which could suit my needs ?
